Dr. Wesley Porter
Dr. Porter has been with Volusia County Schools since 1993. During that time he has taught, coached and
been an administrator. Dr. Porter received his Doctorate in Educational Leadership in 2016. Having been a Board Member for other organizations, Dr. Porter is humbled to help start Fun Coast Foundations and serve as it’s President.

Amanda Weston
Amanda is a fourth generation Volusia County Native. She has worked in her family-owned independent insurance agency since her mother opened it in 2000. What started as a part time job in high school became her career as she went on to get her insurance license in 2004 and opened a second location. The two locations later merged into her current Great Florida Insurance Holly Hill/Ormond agency, where she proudly carried on the legacy of quality and kindness that her mother created. Amanda serves as Chairwoman for Holly Hill Chamber of Commerce and Secretary for The Beacon Center Board.

Amanda Barlow
Amanda is a Volusia County Native and grew up in Port Orange, Florida, She is the current owner and operator of Elite Aluminum and Daytona Tactical. Amanda is an current member of Mission 22, which is a Veterans Suicide Awareness Community. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family,

Amanda Balboa
Amanda Balboa is the Treasurer at J & A Balboa Enterprises, Inc. Amanda has been hands-on with several local charities in Volusia County, including Provision Packs, Volusia County Sheriffs Foundation, Oopsie Project, Basket Brigade, and many more!

Dalton Porter
Dalton was fortunate enough to begin his teaching career at Deltona High School in the fall of 2021, teaching Math. Now he is back in his hometown of New Smyrna Beach
teaching T.V. production at the High School. Being able to work for Volusia County is a great honor for Dalton to serve the community and the youth. He loves taking photos, videos and creating graphics for people within the community, to help promote small businesses among the locals. He strives to be a role model so that he can have a positive impact on our community. Even though this is his second year teaching, he has been a substitute teacher for
over 5 years, visiting and teaching many schools across Volusia County.

Adam Balboa
Adam Balboa is a Volusia County Native. He is the owner of Arrow Heavy Haul and Coastal Land Management. On his spare time he is an avid outdoorsman. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hiking and skiing.

Laura Balboa
Laura grew up and attended School in New Jersey. Graduated with a degree in Respiratory Therapy in 1971. She worked at several Hospitals in the New Jersey area, eventually becoming the Assistant Director of Respiratory at Pascack Valley Hospital. Laura was married to Al Balboa in 1978, two years later they decided to move to Florida. They opened multiple businesses and had four children along the way. Their involvement in the community increased
throughout the years, whether it was through sports or their various businesses. They continue to serve their community by being involved in the Volusia County Sheriff’s Foundation, Kids Rock the Nation, Hope Place, and Halifax Foundation board. Laura hopes to serve the Fun Coast Foundation well and with great pride.

Max Collado
Max Collado, Buyers Agent at Collado Real Estate. Max was born & raised in New Smyrna Beach with his family, practicing real estate throughout his life, giving him invaluable knowledge of the real estate industry in the area. Max graduated from the University of Colorado with a major in Social Sciences and minors in Japanese Language and History. In 2011, Maximillion obtained his Real Estate Associate license and began to practice real estate
in the New Smyrna Beach area. Along with practicing real estate, Max enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, triathlons and surfing. Outside of real estate, Max is semi-fluent in Japanese and has started an online based company that will help create bridges between US
and Japanese culture through Japanese goods imports.

Senator Tom Wright
Sen. Wright is a politician who has served as a member of the Florida Senate since 2018. Wright represents the 14th district, encompassing parts of Brevard and Volusia counties. Mr. Wright is widely involved in several non-profit organizations in Volusia county, especially catering to United States Veterans.

Samantha Tribble
Samantha Tribble is a local Stetson University graduate brining her local roots & higher education to Volusia & Flagler Counties non-profit community. Samantha currently serves as the Vice President of the Oopsie Project, Good for Girls Initiative. Samantha is a professional photographer, whom co-owns Lunar Studio; located in New Smyrna Beach. Samantha was most recently awarded by the Daytona Beach News-Journal as one of the Top 40 under 40 in Volusia County Businesses!
